In this photoshop tutorial we are going to create a electric text effect. It's very easy to learn!
Step 1: Create a document with 500 x 200 with black background. Then use Type Tool and write your text.
I use font name 'Comic Sans MS' size 80 pt, Bold and color #cb1d1d.
Step 2: Now go to Layer> Layer Style> Blending Options and apply layer style with the settings shown.
After applying layer style your text look's like:
Step 3: In this final step create 3 duplicate layers of your text and then merge all the text layers.
