Photo Sharpening

Easy way to sharpening your photographs.

Step 1: First open any image.

Step 2: Duplicate the background layer by pressing Ctrl+J and then go to Image> Adjustments> Desaturate or press Shift+Ctrl+U to desaturate the layer.

Step 3: Now go to Filter> Others> High Pass and apply these values:

Step 4: It's time to set the levels, so go to Image> Adjustments> Levels or ress Ctrl+L and use these values:

Step 5: change this layer's mode from normal to Overlay.

Here's is the Final Result!:

If you find excessive shaprening then reduce the opacity of this layer.

This is exactly what photoshop already does when using the sharpen functions. There's no reason why you should do it manually.
