Step 2: Duplicate the layer by pressing Ctrl+J and go to Image> Adjustments> Invert or press Ctrl+I.
Step 3: Set the duplicated layer blending mode to 'Overlay'.
Step 4: Merge the layers together by pressing Ctrl+E.
Now create a layer and fill the layer with this color #6594b5 by using paint bucket tool.
Set the layer blending mode to 'Color'.
Step 5: Merge the layers together by pressing Ctrl+E.
Now duplicate the layer and go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur and aplly these settings:
Step 6: And finally change the layer blending mode to 'Overlay'.

Why? She's hot.
It's not the image that matters - it's the final result and what you learn in the process. Why do so many people have to be so judgmental!?? Great tutorial :)
