We are going to create a glass photo effect.
Step 1: Open any image.
Step 2: Duplicate the picture 4 times for all the 4 effects. To Duplicate a layer, right click on it.
Select Duplicate Layer. Select the first Image and go to Filter> Distort> Glass and apply these following setting:
Step 3: Select the second image you opened. Go to Filter> Distort> Glass and apply these setting:
Step 4: Select the third image you opened. Go to Filter> Distort> Glass and apply these settings:
Step 5: Select the fourth image you opened. Go to Filter> Distort> Glass and apply these settings:

Nice Tutorials But On This Glass One You Have Put The Glass Effects Pictures In The Wrong Order Number 1's Effects Picture Is In Number 2's Space And Vice Versa
