Step 1: First open an image. I take this photo from www.flickr.com
Step 2: In the Layers palette, click on the New Fill or Adjustment Layer button and select Curves.
Step 3: In the Curves tool select 'Green' in the drop down menu.
Then, move the two points to the middle left and middle right as shown in the image below.
Step 4: Now select 'Blue' from drop down menu and position the curve like the image below.
Here's what your image should look like:
Step 5: Select Curves Adjustment layer and set the blending mode to 'Overlay'.
Step 6: In the final step click on New Fill or Adjustment Layer button and select Brightness/Contrast. Apply the following setting:
