Photo to Color Bleach Effect
This Photoshop tutorial for beginners, which you will learn how to convert your photos into Color Bleach Effect.
Step 1: First open an image. I take this photo from www.flickr.com
Step 2: In the Layers palette, click on the New Fill or Adjustment Layer button and select Hue/Saturation.
Step 3: In the Hue/Saturation tool use the following setting:
Step 4: Now select the Hue/Saturation layer and set the blending mode to 'Screen'.
This will change the layer blending mode to screen which will imitate the color bleach effect that is commonly done in the traditional dark room.
