Step 2: Duplicate the background layer by pressing Ctrl+J.

Step 5: Set the layer blending mode to 'Overlay'.
Step 6: Duplicate the layer and set the layer blending mode to 'Linear Burn'.
Step 7: Now duplicate the layer last time and go to Image> Adjustments> Threshold and apply these settings:
And set the layer blending mode to 'Overlay' and set the Opacity If required, I change to '40%'.
